I lead major legal projects and provide strategic counsel to many corporate counsel, including major nonprofits, private equity funds, and government entities.


I enable corporate legal departments, regulators, and government ministries to lower operating costs, shorten delivery times, reduce operating and legal risks, and increase service capabilities by designing, building, and implementing technology-enabled legal information systems, including legal knowledge management and document assembly and automation systems.
